Our friend David Levi has been fundraising for his new restaurant project Vinland, which is going to be a rare occurrence of 100% local & organic food, limiting his menu from using southern citrus or foreign spice. Instead he will source unique substitutions from our neighbors, and even forage many special ingredients himself.
We live in a bustling restaurant community that prides itself on organic and local product but this will be a particular case that goes above and beyond the ethic.
